The original concept for the Adirondack-design was crafted by Thomas Lee in 1903 while visiting the snow-capped Adirondack Mountains near Westport, NY.  The early Adirondack chairs were made from eleven pieces of wood, each cut from a single board.  They hosted a straight but slanted back and seat with wide sturdy armrests.  These features became the hallmark of the Adirondack chair.

Rustic Deco is pleased to offer this classic Adirondack ski chair.  It's perfect for those with a passion for skiing or anyone that simply just loves the nostalgia of repurposed utility.  Six wooden hand-hewn wooden skis have been skillfully crafted and sealed to create a reclined seat and back that draws you into immediate relaxation.  Perfect for an afternoon devouring a good book or just snoozing on the porch.    Enjoy!  42"h x 33"w x 33"d

To prevent damage during shipping - you'll need to set it in place and connect six bolts (included).
