Shipping Policy

Within the lower 48 states, Rustic Deco will deliver FREE to your home items valued greater than $99.  Please contact us for freight quotes if living outside the United States mainland.  For items under $99, we work to find the lowest cost carrier for your particular parcel, including USPS, UPS and FedEx.

For large items, standard delivery will arrive to your residential address - curbside.  The freight company will call you to tell you what day the item will be delivered.  We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but on occasion, delays can happen.  Also, please examine the packaging for damage prior to accepting receipt and document any concerns on the bill of laden.

Additional services such as Threshold (first dry area of the home or garage), Room of Choice, Debris Removal, and Assembly are available for an additional fee. Please contact a Customer Care associate at (865) 357-3876 to request these services.  

Most products ship within 2-3 business days from receipt of an online customer order. Standard transit times are 5-7 business days. Once your order ships you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment.  Your e-mail will have the tracking information on your order.  

We will make every attempt to complete the delivery of an item. Multiple attempts will be made by the freight company to notify you of your delivery.  In the event that the customer is unavailable or a wrong shipping address was provided our Standard Return Policy applies. Please contact a Customer Care associate at (865) 357-3876 to make any adjustments for ensuring successful delivery.  In the event we cannot make contact with you, we will consider the item abandoned after 14 days and return it to inventory.
