Natural Cedar Log Bar Stool with Back and Arms - 30" Height

Hand-peeled cedar logs, replete with an array of natural knots, bring a charming personality to this rustic bar stool with spoked back and arms. The 30-inch-high seat is contoured for maximum comfort. The distinctive graining patterns and warm colors contribute to the undeniable character. The mortise and tenon joinery used is as durable and reliable today as it was when introduced thousands of years ago. The standard finish draws out the natural colors in the wood and seals and protects.

Northern white cedar is extremely light and quite soft but nonetheless boasts excellent decay resistance and strength. The inner heartwood is a pale brown or tan while the narrow, outside sapwood is nearly white, often becoming more golden with age and sun exposure.
