Real Hickory Log Twig Dining Chair - Custom Upholstery

The bark-on legs and ornate frame, fashioned with naturally-bending hickory logs and twigs, bring an innate elegance to this upholstered, high-back dining side chair. You can choose from our variety of upholstery options shown here - choice fabrics, genuine leathers and cowhides - or you can send us your own material to give your personal touch to the back and cushioned seat, 18 inches high. The mortise and tenon joinery used is as durable and reliable today as it was when introduced thousands of years ago. The standard finish draws out the natural colors in the wood and seals and protects.

It would be fruitless to try to improve upon Mother Nature’s distinguished handiwork, so our unwavering objective is to highlight her incomparable artistry in each of our one-of-a-kind hickory furniture pieces. Among the most dense and durable hardwoods in North America, we kiln-dry our hickory to remove moisture and tighten the bark around the logs to accentuate the dazzling array of textures.  All of our handcrafted pieces come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
